Into the Dark

Not recent, but still in early 2012 work. This was a request I did while keeping to her head standards. Head was provided, I did the rest and painted over the head screenie. I really had fun with the art, and actually put it on youtube to give viewers a look to see how it was made. It was a lot of trial and error but I was happy with the final look, and she loved it too. Which was what mattered. I did design her earrings myself. I barely get to dable in jewelry but when I do I find I like to do the complex patterns. I was influenced by egyptian work, indian turquoise, and butterflies.
